Ube Kinampay Powder

You’ll need:
- 30 ml ube syrup (see recipe here)
- 1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
- 60 ml hot water
- 1 tsp honey
- Ice
- Masarap Ube Kinampay Powder, for garnish
- 1 lemon wedge
How to make it:
- Brew the earl grey tea bag in 60 ml of hot water for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey until fully dissolved, then remove the tea bag.
- Pour 30 ml of ube syrup into a serving glass.
- Add the hot earl grey and honey mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Garnish with a light dusting of ube powder and finish with a wedge of lemon.
