Whole Taro

You’ll need:
1 packet Masarap Frozen Whole Taro, thawed and peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
How to make it:
Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Cut the thawed taro into 1-inch cubes or wedges.
Season:
Toss the taro in olive oil, rosemary/thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Roast:
Spread the taro in a single layer on a baking tray.
Roast for 25-35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and tender on the inside.
