You’ll need:

  • 1 Masarap Frozen Bitter Melon Leaves
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg, whisked

How to make it:

  1. Sauté:
    •  Heat the oil. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add Leaves:
    • Add the unthawed Frozen Bitter Melon Leaves Masarap. Stir-fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  3. Season and Add Egg:
    • Season with soy sauce. Pour the whisked egg over the vegetables and stir gently until the egg is cooked.

Masarap Tip: To reduce bitterness, briefly soak the thawed leaves in salt water before stir-frying.
