You’ll need:
5 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
1 tbsp Masarap Ube Kinampay Powder
2 tbsp sugar
75ml hot water
1.5 cups Ice Cubes
How to make it:
Mix coconut milk powder, pure ube powder, and cane sugar with hot water in a bowl until well combined to make the base mixture.
Pour the base mixture and ice cubes into a blender.
Blend on high speed until the texture becomes smooth and slushy.
Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!
