You’ll need:
1 packet Masarap Frozen Whole Cassava, unthawed Water for boiling
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
Salt to taste
How to make it:
Boil:
Place the unthawed cassava in a pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Drain & Mash:
Drain the water and let the cassava cool slightly.
Cut into bite-sized pieces (or roughly mash if preferred).
Finish:
Toss the warm cassava with melted butter and salt.
Top with grated cheese.
