Grated Cassava

You’ll need:
1 packet Frozen Freshly Grated Cassava Masarap, thawed and well drained
1 small onion, finely minced
1/4 cup flour (or cassava flour for GF option)
1 egg Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil for frying
How to make it:
Combine:
In a bowl, mix the drained grated cassava, minced onion, flour, egg, salt, and pepper.
Form:
Form the mixture into small, flat patties (fritters).
Fry:
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Masarap Tip: Serve with sour cream, sweet chili sauce, or a fried egg on top.
