You’ll need:
1/2 pack Masarap Frozen Shredded Young Coconut, thawed and drained
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp protein powder (vanilla/chocolate flavour)
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
How to make it:
Combine Ingredients:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Stir well until the mixture comes together and is pliable.
Form Balls:
Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
Coat:
Roll each ball into the remaining Masarap Frozen Shredded Young Coconut.
Chill:
Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes until set.
