Shredded Young Coconut

Freshly grated young coconut flesh, frozen for convenience, perfect for smoothies, desserts, and healthy snacks. You’ll need:

  • 1/2 pack Masarap Frozen Shredded Young Coconut, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (vanilla/chocolate flavour)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

How to make it:

  1. Combine Ingredients: 
    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    • Stir well until the mixture comes together and is pliable.
  2. Form Balls: 
    • Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
  3. Coat: 
    • Roll each ball into the remaining Masarap Frozen Shredded Young Coconut.
  4. Chill: 
    • Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes until set.

Masarap Tip: Store the Protein Balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
