Shredded Young Coconut

Freshly grated young coconut flesh, frozen for convenience, perfect for smoothies, desserts, and healthy snacks. You’ll need:

  • 1/2 pack Masarap Frozen Shredded Young Coconut
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp Masarap Ube Kinampay Powder
    (optional, for colour and flavour)

Toppings:

  • Sliced fruit, seeds, and extra shredded young coconut.

How to make it:

  1. Blend: 
    • Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a high-powered blender.
    • Blend until very thick and smooth.
  2. Serve: 
    • Pour into a bowl.
    • Arrange the toppings on top.

Masarap Tip: To ensure the banana and young coconut are well-frozen for a thick “smoothie bowl” consistency.
