You’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup Masarap Frozen Horseradish Leaves (Malunggay)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup mango or pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water or milk

Optional

  • 1 tsp honey

How to make it:

  1. Combine
    • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend: 
    • Blend on high until completely smooth and vibrant green.
  3. Serve:
