  • 1/2 cup of Masarap Frozen Bitter Melon Leaves
  • 1 green apple, cored
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water

How to make it:

  1. Blend/Juice:
    • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender or feed them through
a juicer.
  2. Strain (Optional):
    • If blending, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth 
for a smoother juice.
  3. Serve:
    • Serve over ice or as a small health shot.
